A golden heritage renewed

On the heights of Saint-Cloud, in the heart of a residential neighbourhood, this millstone house extends over three levels. Its interior, preserved in its original condition, is the subject of a complete renovation project designed to accommodate a family and respond to their changing ways of living.

The intervention seeks to preserve the distinctive character of the house, shaped by the influences of early twentieth-century Art Nouveau, while introducing a contemporary design language.

The project is based on a reorganisation of the spaces and careful consideration of interior layouts, materials and details. The ambition is to bring the existing heritage into dialogue with the demands of everyday life, balancing respect for the place with modernity.
